I have my journal from 2005 when I studied this book for the first time. My response to the Question to Consider at that time wasn't at all how I see things now.

"In spite of all the advertising around me, how can I remind myself that life is really about living for God not myself"

A six word phrase from this chapter stuck out to me as being the answer to this question. "Without God life makes no sense". I realize now more than ever that He is the reason I'm alive and for whom I should be living.
