PostPDL Chapter 14 - When God seems distant

Quote :
The most common mistake Christians make in worship today is seeking an experience rather than seeking God.

Quote :
God's omnipresence and the manifestation of his presence are two different things. One is a fact; the other is a feeling.

So so true Mr. Warren. Many times we get so caught up on the feeling and emotions that we have. Worshiping God is not able feelings at all. Its about faith.

My Presumptions:

Let us truly have faith in the Lord and believe his word, that way we wont have to depend on whether we feel God or whether God seems distant.

Quote :
..... It is when I turn to Christ, when I give up myself to His personality, that I first begin to have a real personality of my own.
